Deputy Program Manager – Contract Manager Education

CDW

• Provide direct Contract Management for assigned contracts or portions of very large contracts • Draft and negotiate master sales agreements, special programs, teaming agreements, amendments, addenda, and other contractual documents • Educate sellers, partners, and customers on proper contract usage • Work with assigned Contract Analysts to ensure proper accounting and timely delivery of fees and other data-related deliverables • Serve as consultant to the Pre-Award teams and provide strategic guidance for profitable programs • Manage pricing across contracts and drive best price scenarios • Maintain internal resources for integral contract information • Ensure appropriate closeout of concluded contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 2 years of relevant contracts management experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of standard procurement contracting and proposals process
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meeting and client site
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing or administering contracts within the IT or a similar industry, is a plus
