• Take operational ownership of the Group ecosystem and help scale the business into a leading global financial media network • Work closely with the CSO to define and execute the long-term growth strategy of FinMedia Group • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s media platform ecosystem • Develop monetization strategies across media, affiliate partnerships, and advertising • Lead the growth strategy for all FinMedia media platforms • Develop scalable user acquisition strategies • Optimize the traffic → lead → conversion funnel • Oversee the day-to-day operations of FinMedia Group • Build and manage internal processes to scale efficiently • Coordinate between content, marketing, development teams, and partners • Implement performance metrics and reporting systems • Develop and manage monetization strategies including affiliate partnerships, advertising campaigns, sponsored content, and industry partnerships • Build strong relationships with financial industry partners • Work with product and development teams to improve media platforms • Identify opportunities to launch new industry platforms or verticals • Improve conversion optimization and platform user experience • Recruit and manage marketing, content, and growth teams • Build a performance-driven culture focused on measurable growth

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital media, marketing, fintech, or lead-generation businesses
  • Experience scaling media platforms, affiliate businesses, or content-driven growth companies
  • Proven track record of growing traffic and monetization
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital growth strategies
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and performance marketing models
  • Strong operational leadership skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

General Duties - Oversee the uploading, tagging, categorization, and organization of all digital assets (project images, project profiles, photo shoot imagery, etc.) in the firm’s DAM system. - Quality Control & Format Compliance: Review assets to confirm they meet visual, technical, and brand standards. - Create and maintain metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, taxonomy, naming conventions, and folder structures to provide consistency, findability, and scalability. - Audit and clean existing assets: remove duplicates, correct metadata errors/missing tags, apply consistent standards. - Develop workflows and documentation/guidelines for asset submission, review, approval, and archiving. - Track metrics around asset usage, search behavior, retrieval times, unused assets, etc., and suggest improvements. - Work across regional offices to provide support by uploading projects to the website. - Create and update project sheets, resumes, brochures, and one-pagers. - Ensure branding consistency: maintain style guides, templates, logos; make sure all marketing/proposal materials adhere to our brand standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience, ideally in A/E/C marketing. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. - Proficiency in copy editing and proofreading.
