• Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives, building trusted advisor relationships at C-level and programme director level. • Understand clients’ business goals, technology landscape, and transformation drivers, aligning solutions based on the Atlassian stack and related technologies. • Lead and support delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction across complex, multi-workstream programmes. • Contribute to the coordination and success of transformation projects—including cloud migrations, platform consolidation, and enterprise toolchain modernisation—focusing on measurable business value. • Bring experience of enterprise technology environments, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, migration methodologies, and the technical and organisational challenges of moving from on-premise to cloud at scale. • Guide clients through migration readiness assessments, architecture considerations, and transition planning for digital platforms. • Stay current with evolving Atlassian capabilities, cloud-native tooling, and wider enterprise technology trends to ensure our advisory is credible, differentiated, and forward-looking. • Bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technology decisions into clear strategic narratives. • Lead consultative selling efforts: conduct structured discovery with clients, identify pain points and opportunities, and shape proposals that connect directly to business outcomes. • Own and drive account growth strategies for assigned accounts, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities through ongoing client engagement. • Collaborate closely with the sales team using MEDDPICC-aligned qualification to progress opportunities from identification through to close. • Develop compelling Statements of Work, business cases, and go-to-market assets that position Valiantys’s transformation capabilities clearly and credibly. • Support strategic planning and proposal efforts, contributing commercial and technical insight to pricing, scoping, and risk assessment. • Co-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g. AI, Cloud, ITSM, Agile at Scale). • Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions, project scopes, and transformation roadmaps. • Contribute to building reusable approaches, templates, and frameworks (e.g. for ITSM transformation, AI, cloud migration, PPPM maturity) that codify Valiantys’s methodology. • Act as a mentor and sparring partner for consultants at all levels, contributing to knowledge growth, capability development, and team performance. • Share market intelligence, client insights, and delivery learnings internally to enhance offering development and delivery practices. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, professional rigour, and client-centricity across the UKI consulting team.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation delivery roles, with significant exposure to business and IT transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience leading or playing a senior role in enterprise cloud migration or technology modernisation initiatives.
  • Demonstrable track record in consultative selling, shaping opportunities through discovery, building client business cases, and converting advisory engagements into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud platforms (Atlassian Cloud, AWS), DevOps toolchains, and ITSM/PPPM disciplines.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) and to influence decision-making at that level.
  • Experience managing and growing client accounts with a clear contribution to revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, comfortable leading workshops, steering committees, and executive briefings.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in dynamic environments where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
  • Experience working within or alongside the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales qualification methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile at Scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or bespoke) and their application in large enterprise settings.
  • Exposure to managed services or Total Care-style ongoing client engagements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, cloud platform certifications).
