• Beratung von Kund:innen zu passenden Förderprogrammen (insb. im F&E-Bereich) • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung förderfähiger Projektansätze gemeinsam mit Kund:innen • Eigenständige Erstellung, Prüfung und Einreichung von Förderanträgen • Aufbereitung und Plausibilisierung von Projekt-, Kosten- und Finanzdaten • Unterstützung im operativen Finance-Bereich rund um Anträge und Einreichungen • Sicherstellung vollständiger und fristgerechter Submissionen • Kommunikation mit Projektträgern und Behörden inkl. • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskund:innen • Regelmäßige Kundengespräche und aktive Begleitung laufender Projekte • Stakeholdermanagement auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführung und Bereichsleitungen • Umsetzung von SaaS-Plattform-Migrationen und Begleitung der Kund:innen im Prozess • Erster Ansprechpartner im SaaS-Kundensupport – kein Techie, aber technikaffin und versiert im Umgang mit modernen Tools • Antragstellung im Bereich Fördermittel sowie Zuarbeit für Fördermittelberater:innen im F&E-Bereich • Pflege und Aufbereitung von Projektdaten • Entwicklung und Umsetzung strukturierter Arbeitsprozesse, insbesondere im Finanz- und Steuerbereich • Nutzung von CRM-Systemen und G-Suite-Anwendungen zur effizienten Betreuung • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen, z. B. Kenntnisse des Wachstumschancengesetzes

• End-to-end sales cycle: From qualifying leads and conducting advisory meetings with mid-market and large companies to closing contracts and follow-up • Strategic development (60–70%): Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals — with a focus on inbound • Analysis & reporting: Prepare sales reports, track KPIs and derive measures to improve performance • Collaborative team environment: Close coordination with internal consulting teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term partnerships • Learning & development culture: Participate in training, contribute in team meetings and actively help shape sales processes and tools • Active new business development (40–30%): Build and grow new B2B contacts through cold outreach, lead generation and appointment setting — with a focus on funding and energy consulting

• Active sourcing for international roles as well as positions within Germany • Handling incoming applications • Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring process • Conducting initial interviews independently and assessing candidates • Structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management • Supporting meetings with executive management in the context of international expansion

• Active acquisition of new B2B customers (DACH region) • Initiating telephone contact with mid-market and large enterprises • Identifying needs and qualifying potential customers • Scheduling appointments for the closing team • Planning and executing follow-up activities • Participation in regular remote team meetings

• Advising clients on suitable funding programmes, especially in the R&D area • Supporting the development of fundable project concepts together with clients • Independently preparing, reviewing and submitting grant applications • Preparing and validating project, cost and financial data • Supporting operational finance tasks related to applications and submissions • Ensuring complete and timely submissions • Communicating with funding agencies and authorities, including handling follow-up requests • Working closely with Sales and Scientific Consultants throughout the entire process • Monitoring ongoing applications and documenting them in the CRM/system • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes in the application and advisory area

• Development, implementation and optimization of email marketing campaigns across the entire funnel • Build and maintain automated lead and demand generation sequences • Segmentation, personalization and analysis of campaign performance • Hands-on use of tools such as Cognism, Idealfront, Clay, Smartlead or comparable platforms • Responsibility for data quality, workflows and KPI tracking • Management and execution of SEA & Paid Social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Joint development of campaign strategies with our CMO • Monitoring of KPIs, conversion rates and budget allocations • Support in the further development of the international marketing strategy

• Internationales E-Mail & Lead Marketing (ca. 80 %) • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen entlang des gesamten Funnels • Aufbau und Pflege automatisierter Lead- und Demand-Generation-Strecken • Segmentierung, Personalisierung und Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance • Operativer Umgang mit Tools wie Cognism, Idealfront, Clay, Smartlead oder vergleichbaren Plattformen • Verantwortung für Datenqualität, Workflows und KPI-Tracking • Performance Marketing (ca. 20 %) • Steuerung und Umsetzung im Bereich SEA & Paid Social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) • Gemeinsame Entwicklung von Kampagnenstrategien mit unserem CMO • Monitoring von KPIs, Conversion Rates und Budgetallokationen • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Marketingstrategie
