• As a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will play a strategic role in building key client relationships, delivering complex transformation programs, and expanding our business. • You will work closely with senior executives to define and implement transformation strategies, including cloud migrations, technology modernization, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives. • This role combines strategic consulting, business development, and technical leadership. A major part of your responsibilities is consultative selling: identifying business challenges, developing compelling value propositions, and converting opportunities into successful client engagements. • With your understanding of enterprise software delivery, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and modern engineering practices, you will help clients accelerate their transformation while growing Valiantys’ presence within strategic accounts. • You will report to the Transformation Consulting Director. • You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including Directors, VPs and C-level leaders. • You will understand clients’ business objectives, technology landscapes, and transformation priorities. • You will lead and support consulting teams in the successful delivery of complex, multi-stage transformation programs. • You will deliver measurable business outcomes in areas such as cloud migration, platform modernization, and enterprise toolchain transformation. • You will maintain high customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to deepen long-term partnerships. • You will advise clients on improving their software delivery, leveraging your strong understanding of the SDLC, Developer Experience (DevEx), agile delivery, DevOps and modern engineering practices. • You will work closely with sales teams across the entire sales lifecycle, from qualification and executive discovery through proposal, negotiation and deal closure.

• Own executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts; serve as the single point of accountability for client outcomes, satisfaction, and growth. • Co-develop and execute account strategies that expand Valiantys' footprint across data strategy, data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), data governance, and enterprise architecture. • Lead solutioning for complex pursuits -- partnering internally to scope data modernization, data mesh/fabric, MDM, and enterprise architecture engagements. • Shape and communicate target architectures spanning business, application, data, and technology domains -- including cloud data platforms, analytics, AI/ML foundations, and governance frameworks. • Govern delivery quality in partnership with engagement managers; intervene on escalations and ensure architectural integrity. • Represent Valiantys in executive briefings, QBRs, industry events, and joint go-to-market activities. • Mentor consultants and architects, contributing to Valiantys' practice development in data strategy and enterprise architecture.

• As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to C-level clients, responsible for positioning and selling high-value consulting and professional services engagements that drive digital, agile, and organizational transformation. • Identify strategic opportunities, shape tailored service solutions, and orchestrate internal consulting and delivery teams to maximize value and drive sustainable revenue growth. • Build and manage senior-level relationships, ensure alignment between delivery and client expectations, and contribute to the overall commercial strategy. • Leverage value-based selling and Win-Win-Win (Client-Atlassian-Valiantys) positioning to create measurable impact for clients, your organization, and partners. • Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities. • Collaborate with consulting leadership to design high-impact transformation programs. • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and oversee key financial metrics.

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning across the North American business. • Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to automate model refreshes, identify patterns in large data sets, and enhance the speed and accuracy of financial analysis. • Develop driver-based models to support revenue, headcount, margin, and cash flow planning in a professional services / consulting context. • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable financial insights that enable confident decision-making at all levels of the organisation. • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for assigned North American business units, ensuring strict compliance with group reporting deadlines and standards. • Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) and articulate key business drivers with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial presentations and management reports for the CFO, COO, and North America leadership team. • Provide commercial support on pipeline analysis, pricing decisions, and deal reviews. • Deliver structured NOAM financial inputs to group FP&A for the monthly management reporting pack and board preread.
