• Create content for posts (captions, copy, and image selection). • Develop and/or edit visual assets (banners, stories, carousels, short videos). • Schedule and publish content on social media (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). • Send marketing emails and monitor performance analytics. • Create and update landing pages, forms, and websites, making visual and textual adjustments. • Update the brand manual according to guidelines. • Engage with the audience (comments, direct messages, and basic inquiries). • Prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, clicks, leads). • Support integration with other departments (Sales, Courses, Consulting, HR). • Ensure deadlines for defined requirements are met. • Plan and oversee the production of graphic assets, promotional materials, swag, and other items, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget. • Monitor costs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure materials are delivered according to schedule. • In the absence of an external manager, set up, monitor, and run paid media campaigns, ensuring performance and alignment with company strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Design, Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with paid traffic and campaign management is desirable.
  • Experience with Bitrix24 is desirable.
  • Availability to start immediately.
