Sales Executive
Kemper
• Responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory. • Influencing agents to sell Kemper Auto and execute on the company’s sales strategy. • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products. • Managing and developing a territory of independent agents. • Providing an outstanding experience for agents through consultative selling. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents. • Achieving financial and sales goals while collaborating with internal partners. • Actively participating in regional strategy meetings to develop and lead execution of business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional and influential work experience required.
