• You conceptualize, implement and monitor advertising campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads etc.) • You take responsibility for paid media, including advertising on Google and social media platforms. • You define and interpret performance KPIs to use results purposefully and derive actions from them. • After a thorough onboarding, you will be trusted to work independently and thus contribute significantly to the company’s success. • After your onboarding period, you will actively participate in client meetings.

• Du konzipierst, realisierst und überwachst Werbe-Kampagnen. (Google Ads/ Meta Ads etc.) • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Paid Media, einschließlich Werbung auf Google und in den sozialen Medien. • Du definierst und interpretierst Performance-KPIs, um die Ergebnisse zielgerichtet zu nutzen und Maßnahmen daraus abzuleiten. • Nach einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung erhältst du das Vertrauen, eigenverantwortlich zu agieren und so maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg beizutragen. • Nach deiner Einarbeitungsphase wirst du aktiv an Kundenmeetings teilnehmen.

• Telefonische Akquise potenzieller Neukunden • Durchführung von kostenlosen Erstgesprächen zur Bedarfsanalyse • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zu bereits vorhanden Kontakten im System • Closing Call/ Strategieberatung • Vertriebsprozess weiter entwickeln

• Telephone acquisition of potential new clients • Conduct free initial consultations to assess needs • Telephone outreach to existing contacts in the system • Closing calls / strategic consultation • Further develop the sales process
