• Lead technical orientations for newly qualified accounts, partnering with Customer Growth Advisors to ensure a smooth transition from qualification to activation while validating success outcomes, key stakeholders, and early growth signals. • Design, test, and iterate activation paths during the first 90 days, creating repeatable workflows that help customers embed magicplan into daily operations and realize measurable business value. • Actively prioritize high-impact accounts in partnership with Growth Advisors and your manager, making clear tradeoffs and confidently declining lower-impact requests to support scalable growth. • Provide technical onboarding, targeted training, and ad-hoc consultation for mature or at-risk accounts, translating product capabilities into practical, industry-relevant workflows. • Deliver structured, actionable feedback to the Solutions Consulting Manager and Product team, helping convert customer learnings into clearer activation paths and more scalable product experiences.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Technical or Consultative Sales, or similar roles, with a track record of activating customers and influencing retention and/or expansion outcomes
- You naturally spot and communicate growth signals (additional teams, workflows, locations, use cases), and you partner effectively with Growth Advisors to turn early wins into next-step recommendations.
- You have (or are eager to gain) deep knowledge of the restoration industry, allowing you to anchor magicplan’s value to real-world efficiency gains.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to translate product capabilities into real business value.
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading customer calls, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collaborative by default, able to work closely with Growth Advisors, Product, and your manager in an evolving GTM environment.
- Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguity - able to make sound prioritization decisions with incomplete data and help define 'what good looks like' as processes evolve.
- Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities while focusing on highest-impact work.

You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing great demos which demonstrate the Dynatrace unique approach in solving the customer’s pain, executing and managing POCs onsite and remote, building key relationships with Dynatrace’s customers and completing RFIs & RFPs.
