Role Description We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager who will join a small marketing team at a pivotal moment: the product is strong, the market is defined, and the demand generation function is being built from the ground up. There's no agency to brief, no coordinator to hand off to. You'll plan the campaigns, write the sequences, own the channels, and report on what moves the pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads. Bring creative approaches to demand generation that cut through and reach the right people. - Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more. - Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results. - Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space. - Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion. - Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements. - Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data. Qualifications - Experience running demand generation end-to-end, ideally in B2B marketing — SaaS or tech. - Ability to point to specific campaigns built, what they generated, and lessons learned from failures. - Proficient in writing content for emails, landing pages, lead magnets, and webinar scripts. - Experience automating marketing work with AI tools. - Data-driven decision-making skills. - Accountability for results, not just activity. Requirements - Background in restoration, field services, construction, or insurance tech. - Fluency in tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, and Google Analytics. - Experience creating content for technical or trade audiences that converted. - Experience building an outbound engine. • Lead technical orientations for newly qualified accounts, partnering with Customer Growth Advisors to ensure a smooth transition from qualification to activation while validating success outcomes, key stakeholders, and early growth signals. • Design, test, and iterate activation paths during the first 90 days, creating repeatable workflows that help customers embed magicplan into daily operations and realize measurable business value. • Actively prioritize high-impact accounts in partnership with Growth Advisors and your manager, making clear tradeoffs and confidently declining lower-impact requests to support scalable growth. • Provide technical onboarding, targeted training, and ad-hoc consultation for mature or at-risk accounts, translating product capabilities into practical, industry-relevant workflows. • Deliver structured, actionable feedback to the Solutions Consulting Manager and Product team, helping convert customer learnings into clearer activation paths and more scalable product experiences.
