• First point of contact for all matters from initial inquiry through to successful course completion • Identify and implement organizational and interpersonal solutions in close collaboration with teaching, product and admin teams • Maintain class registers carefully, monitor absences and course dropouts, and ensure smooth operations • Provide empathetic, clear and calm mediation as the interface between participants and instructors in conflict or special situations • Warmly welcome new participants and ensure a professional and positive sign-off at the end of the course • Support the strategic and technical migration from Podio to HubSpot and ensure a clean, system-level setup • Design, further develop and implement operational workflows, pipeline logic, as well as documentation and follow-up processes in HubSpot

• Teach generalist HR fundamentals to beginners following an established curriculum • Motivate participants and support them in achieving their individual peak performance • Document attendance, learning progress, and performance levels of participants • Create and maintain a positive group dynamic in a fully online setting • Collaborate closely and virtually with our Learning and Careers teams • Actively contribute to curriculum development

• Structure a practice-oriented curriculum for Business Automation, including tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier/Make and AI integrations • Design and develop all course units, learning materials and presentations from scratch • Design and deliver interactive, location-independent and digital lessons • Create practical exercises for automating standard business processes such as CRM syncs, automated document/invoice processing, or onboarding workflows • Provide training on platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, or similar enterprise solutions • Teach how to integrate LLMs, such as the OpenAI API, into automated workflows

• Develop and implement our social media strategy • Establish a clear content logic (Education, Story, Conversion) • Plan and manage editorial calendars • Create LinkedIn posts, storylines and hooks • Support the development of personal brands (founder & team) • Develop formats (e.g., series, hooks, storytelling) • Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and test content formats and hooks • Derive learnings and continuously optimize • Work closely with Marketing, Performance and Product teams and act as a strategic sparring partner with the founder and CEO, Milena

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung des Unterrichts • Vermittlung der Vernetzung von Nutzern und Geräten im Unternehmensnetzwerk, der zuverlässigen Bereitstellung von Daten und Anwendungen sowie des stabilen und sicheren Systembetriebs • Vermittlung der Zusammenarbeit klassischer Unternehmensumgebungen mit Cloud-Diensten und Aufbau eines fundierten Verständnisses für hybride IT-Lösungen • Begleitung der Teilnehmenden bei der Vorbereitung auf Zertifikatsprüfungen wie CompTIA+ (Linux/Network/Security) oder die Microsoft-Zertifizierung AZ-800

• Teach an intensive curriculum on financial accounting, preparation of financial statements, and software certifications (e.g., DATEV user certification) for our adult learners • Design and deliver fully remote lessons — the location of delivery is flexible • Lead practical exercise sessions to work on real accounting scenarios and simulate financial statement closing in ERP systems • Instruct on digital workflows (AI-assisted pre-posting, GoBD-compliant archiving) and on cloud solutions such as DATEV Unternehmen online • Teach best practices for automation and for interface management between accounting, banks, and inventory/ERP systems

• Structure a hands-on curriculum for the Microsoft AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Design) and Terraform Associate certifications • Design remote teaching sessions — location-independent instruction • Plan and deliver practical exercises on Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Storage Accounts, and multi-tier architectures • Train the complete Terraform workflow, including state management and cloud deployment within the Azure environment • Teach CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows for infrastructure automation • Conduct mock exams and teach the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework

• Conduct live online sessions specifically designed to prepare candidates for the proficiency examination under §34a GewO (focus: public safety law, trade law, German Civil Code (BGB), and criminal law) • Provide methodological instruction to participants covering all relevant written and oral IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) exam requirements • Apply digital teaching methods to clearly present complex legal foundations and practical security scenarios • Continuously evaluate learning outcomes and independently optimize digital teaching formats • Provide individual professional support, exam preparation, and motivation to learners throughout the entire security training course
