Senior Donor Relations Manager Location: Washington United States Job Description: Washington, DC The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a renowned international affairs institution, seeks a full-time Senior Donor Relations Manager. The Senior Donor Relations Manager will report to the Vice President for Development. This position will lead and manage Carnegie's donor relations activities, including developing, implementing, and institutionalizing nationwide donor relations programs - to include councils, committees, and advisory boards; planning and executing board dinners and events; and expanding current donor relations programs, including a Corporate Circle, to meet institutional and donor needs. As part of the role, the Senior Donor Relations Manager will work closely with institutional leaders on new and enhanced donor relations strategies; and take a leadership role in identifying, qualifying, soliciting, and convening new donors, including significant high net worth donors. The position requires 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a think tank or higher education fundraising setting. The ideal candidate will be collegial, possess good judgment, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to manage and meet deadlines is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible towards changing priorities. Role Description The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will provide rapid review of world events to determine threat level, mitigate identified risk, and disseminate information to customers. The Analyst conducts deep-dive analysis and summarizes for other team members and senior management into intelligence briefings, reports, and threat assessments. - Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Monitor open-source information to identify threats and escalate appropriately. - Analyze and assess risks and threats to the company, associates, or assets. - Evaluate escalating situations, apply critical thinking, and coordinate effectively with other security personnel. - Triage incoming requests for information, provide timely and pertinent analysis, and coordinate response efforts with multiple departments. - Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and conduct investigations. - Build and maintain business relationships internally as well as with external partners and law enforcement agencies. - Provide intelligence briefings to senior management. - Assist respective management and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels. - Guide and sharpen the analytic line in assessments, where possible and feasible. - All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in international relations or global affairs or security-related equivalent with at least two years of analytical, open-source investigative techniques and/or military, government, law enforcement, executive protection experience. - Proficient in bilingual communication, with strong English skills and fluency in at least one additional regional or foreign language. • Lead enterprise-wide strategy for CAHPS and HOS performance across Medicare contracts • Translate CMS Stars methodology and cut point trends into actionable insights and improvement plans • Partner with leaders across Quality, Stars, Member Engagement, Operations, Marketing, and Member Experience to align initiatives with Medica’s strategic roadmap • Manage end-to-end CAHPS and HOS program cycles, including survey preparation, vendor coordination, and post-survey analysis • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and compliance with CMS protocols • Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking tools • Collaborate with teams across Member Experience, Population Health, Operations, Health Equity, Provider Quality, and Communications • Facilitate provider engagement strategies to improve member experience and functional health outcomes • Support internal and external reporting, including Board updates and provider-facing materials • Monitor and analyze member experience indicators and Medicare CAHPS survey results

• Oversee the daily operations and direction of programs or large, major projects • Provide program leadership and oversight of project delivery managers, program professionals, construction managers, and subconsultants for water and wastewater programs • Plan and direct large programs and integrated teams through the program lifecycle phases to deliver value, financial performance, and benefits • Communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership by fostering trust, collaboration, and commitment among all parties involved • Interact with client senior leaders and important stakeholders such as government leaders and public officials • Develop high-value client relationships while representing BC • Support the development of team members, especially as it relates to delivery excellence, exceptional client service, and accountability • Facilitate program steering committee activities in partnership with clients to ensure success and adjudicate challenges affecting program implementation • Assure that program risks are adequately managed for the benefit of the client and BC • Participate in program initiation activities that assure successful program startup and sustained implementation
