Senior Donor Relations Manager Location: Washington United States Job Description: Washington, DC The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a renowned international affairs institution, seeks a full-time Senior Donor Relations Manager. The Senior Donor Relations Manager will report to the Vice President for Development. This position will lead and manage Carnegie's donor relations activities, including developing, implementing, and institutionalizing nationwide donor relations programs - to include councils, committees, and advisory boards; planning and executing board dinners and events; and expanding current donor relations programs, including a Corporate Circle, to meet institutional and donor needs. As part of the role, the Senior Donor Relations Manager will work closely with institutional leaders on new and enhanced donor relations strategies; and take a leadership role in identifying, qualifying, soliciting, and convening new donors, including significant high net worth donors. The position requires 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a think tank or higher education fundraising setting. The ideal candidate will be collegial, possess good judgment, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to manage and meet deadlines is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible towards changing priorities. Located in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC, Carnegie offers an outstanding benefits package, including health insurance benefits. The projected annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $125,000. Please note that this position will operate on a hybrid basis, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. P
