Role Description The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will provide rapid review of world events to determine threat level, mitigate identified risk, and disseminate information to customers. The Analyst conducts deep-dive analysis and summarizes for other team members and senior management into intelligence briefings, reports, and threat assessments. - Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Monitor open-source information to identify threats and escalate appropriately. - Analyze and assess risks and threats to the company, associates, or assets. - Evaluate escalating situations, apply critical thinking, and coordinate effectively with other security personnel. - Triage incoming requests for information, provide timely and pertinent analysis, and coordinate response efforts with multiple departments. - Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and conduct investigations. - Build and maintain business relationships internally as well as with external partners and law enforcement agencies. - Provide intelligence briefings to senior management. - Assist respective management and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels. - Guide and sharpen the analytic line in assessments, where possible and feasible. - All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in international relations or global affairs or security-related equivalent with at least two years of analytical, open-source investigative techniques and/or military, government, law enforcement, executive protection experience. - Proficient in bilingual communication, with strong English skills and fluency in at least one additional regional or foreign language. Additional language proficiency is preferred. - Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize and assess information. - Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices. - Able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision. - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. - Client oriented and results driven. - Able to analyze complex situations, use active listening, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Able to appropriately manage highly confidential information. - Attentive to detail and accuracy. - Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions. - Motivated and initiative driven. - Serve as a positive team member. - Effective time management skills. - Computer skills; Microsoft Office and intranet. Responsibilities - Responsible for advocating for and with our members to ensure informed decision making, informed consent, and appropriate guardianship. - Responsible for scheduling, leading and actively collaborating with our members and their interdisciplinary team to conduct meetings and assessments ensuring the development of a comprehensive, person-centered Life Plan that reflects the person’s needs and desired life goals. - Implement, update, and monitor Life Plans and facilitate individualized Life Plan reviews and approval processes. - Ensure integration of all needed and preferred supports and services (i.e., medical, behavioral, social, habilitation, dental, psychosocial, and community-based, and facility-based long-term supports and services, etc.). - Maintain ongoing contact with the critical people in a member’s life. - Ensure timely submission of all documentation (Life Plan, Progress notes, etc.) - Assist our members with maintaining benefits such as Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Medicaid and Medicare coverage, and Food Stamps. - Assist members to resolve problems in living such as housing, utilities, the judicial system, and general safety. - Report abuse or neglect immediately when observed or reported. - A comprehensive job description may be provided during the interview process Qualifications Care Managers who serve individuals with I/DD must meet the following qualifications: - - A Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience, OR - A License as a Registered Nurse with two years of relevant experience, which can include any employment experience and is not limited to case management/service coordination duties, OR - A Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience. - Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills also required. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills required. - Bilingual in English and Spanish Los administradores de la atención que atienden a personas con I/DD deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: - - Una licenciatura con más de 2 años de experiencia relevante, O BIEN - Una licencia como enfermera registrada con más de 2 años de experiencia relevante, que puede incluir cualquier experiencia laboral y no se limita a tareas de administración de casos o coordinación de servicios, O BIEN - Una maestría con más de 1 año de experiencia relevante. - Se requieren fuertes habilidades de comunicación, que incluyen habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, junto con sólidas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas.
