Job Description

Project Control Analyst

Ecoer

• Support Program Managers in the day-to-day execution of assigned contracts and projects. • Assist with program coordination activities, including schedule tracking, action item follow-up, and issue resolution. • Serve as a liaison between Program Managers, corporate support teams (Accounting, HR, Security), subcontractors, and government stakeholders as needed. • Support PMs with project financial monitoring, tracking, and analysis within the company’s Accounting System of Record (Unanet). • Assist with forecasting activities, including ITD, ETC, and EAC analysis, under PM direction. • Monitor project funding status, burn rates, and funding risks; flag potential issues to PMs and leadership. • Maintain and validate program and personnel data within Unanet, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. • Develop, refine, and maintain PM tools, dashboards, trackers, and templates (e.g., Excel-based models, SharePoint repositories, Jira dashboards).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • Experience supporting DoD contracts and programs required.
  • Demonstrated experience in program analysis, project support, financial tracking, or related roles in a government contracting environment.
  • Experience coordinating and tracking DoD programmatics such as parts, documentation, inventories, or procedures.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Unanet strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience building trackers, reports, and analytical tools.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred.
