Role Description Midnight Foundation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across complex, multi-party technical programs, including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and partners. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations. - Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria. - Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partners. - Align internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteria. - Ensure technical requirements are clearly documented, understood, and met across stakeholders. - Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems. - Ensure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testing. - Oversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverables. - Ensure partner workstreams align with Midnight’s technical architecture and roadmap. - Track performance, surface risks early, and drive resolution. - Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions. - Ensure stakeholders have shared visibility into status and next steps. Qualifications - 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments. - Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra). - Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners. - Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
