Role Summary We are seeking experienced Senior Model Builders & Architects with deep expertise in Anaplan and Pigment to support enterprise planning, modeling, and integration initiatives. This role will partner with architects, integration specialists, product owners, and technical leads to design, build, enhance, and support scalable planning solutions aligned to platform best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in enterprise implementations, model architecture, integrations, support operations, and documentation. This role also requires familiarity with Pigment AI and Anaplan AI capabilities, along with proven experience supporting large enterprise customers. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of total experience working with Anaplan and Pigment in enterprise planning and modeling environments. Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in Anaplan and/or Pigment. Minimum 2 years of managed support experience for a large enterprise customer. Proven experience as a certified model builder with one of the following: Master Anaplanner certification, or Certified Solution Architect credential Completion of relevant Pigment Academy training. Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Pigment AI and Anaplan AI capabilities. Experience integrating planning platforms with enterprise systems such as Snowflake, SAP, Surf, and Workday. Strong experience with model design, calculations, planning structures, hierarchies, security, and performance optimization. Experience with production support, incident resolution, release management, and operational governance. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting planning use cases across finance, workforce, sales, or operational planning domains. Experience working in global delivery models with onshore and offshore coordination. Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and platform governance. Ability to provide solution recommendations, lead design discussions, and influence best-practice adoption. Success Profile The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on builder and architect who can move seamlessly between solution design, modeling, integrations, support, and stakeholder collaboration. They should be comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments, driving quality delivery, and supporting scalable planning platforms with a strong focus on best practices, governance, and business value.

No hands-on scripting or pipeline development expected. - Program Manager who understands data integration, migration, manipulation, and data management processes well enough to lead requirements and dependency conversations between business and technical teams. - Operates in a heterogeneous environment with no single “destination” platform; success requires comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch.
