• Working closely with the Senior Program Manager to support Shell DM Program/Project managers E2E • Deliver directly Program management function for smaller / less complex sites • Work with the other team members in the PMO to develop and improve the support services provided • Manage the overall success of assigned regional portfolio program and project planning activities • Support the development of templates and standard process needed • Assist with Client and service providers • Confirm existing project status • Assist the Senior Program Manager to establish and manage the Pipeline • Prepare and deliver signed off Project Briefs (defined scope/ budget and schedule) • Review the Master Project Schedule • Monitor Project Delivery through reporting and conference calls • Confirm existing Client project authorizations (budget), current expenditure, forecast completion total • Consolidate existing progress reporting by current suppliers • Provide two-weekly update on project status • Ensure delivery procedures/ standards, policies, cash flow analysis, portfolio management etc. are completed • Establish structured reporting systems and ensure that regular reporting is delivered to the Client • Ensure structured close out of projects including documentation, handover to FM provider, etc.

• Create a roadmap/plan for multiple related work efforts that roll up into a program-level plan to manage cross-functional teams and project dependencies, milestones, and deliverables • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Proactively perform risk management and identify issues across functions and interdependent efforts • Effectively facilitate meetings with large audiences and/or broad/complex topics • Confidently liaise with program stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, manage expectations, and provide program-level status via strategic dialog, presentations, and written communications • Monitor project financials and recommend budget changes where necessary • Provide oversight across multiple projects to identify and resolve conflicts, resource constraints, and clear the critical path

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery • Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution • Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration • Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team • Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives • Correctly enter data into the Data Center applicable applications/programs tools and maintain/generate required reports • Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow

• Design and execute a scalable Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace Enablement Program aligned to the strategic direction set by the Head of Alliances. • Develop structured internal enablement for SDRs, AEs, CAMs, PSMs, and relevant technical roles to ensure clear understanding of the Microsoft Alliance, Azure Marketplace motions, rules of engagement, co-sell strategy, and transaction workflows. • Build repeatable external-facing enablement journeys and materials that can be delivered by Microsoft sellers, reseller teams, or Huntress alliance leadership to educate the ecosystem on how Huntress operates within Marketplace. • Partner cross-functionally with Alliances, PMM, RevOps, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure alignment between Marketplace strategy, product messaging, operational processes, and seller execution. • Deliver live enablement sessions internally and externally when required, supporting a “divide and conquer” execution model with the Head of Alliances. • Monitor enablement adoption, feedback, and impact, iterating on programs to improve Marketplace transaction readiness and revenue performance. • Support secondary alliance-driven initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity insurance partnerships) through sprint-based enablement design and periodic program refreshes.
