• Own the design, development, evaluation, and optimization of AI and Machine Learning solutions that support Hyatt’s guest, colleague, and operational experiences. • Design, prototype, and productionize Generative AI solutions in NL Search, Information Retrieval and Recommender Systems. • Build and evaluate LLM-powered applications, including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, semantic search, and agentic or workflow-based AI systems. • Develop robust model evaluation frameworks, including offline metrics, human evaluation, guardrail testing, bias and safety checks, and business-impact measurement. • Partner with ML engineering and data engineering teams to deploy scalable real-time inference pipelines and batch processing workflows. • Mentor data scientists and ML practitioners through design reviews, code reviews, modeling best practices, and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with ML engineering to productionize models and Gen AI services using AWS-native tools and modern MLOps practices.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for cloud native services, APIs, and event driven workflows running in AWS • Develop integration, contract, and end to end tests validating interactions across customer data platforms, personalization engines, campaign orchestration, and downstream channels • Embed automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases • Validate personalization, segmentation, and eligibility logic across channels, regions, brands, and guest journeys • Create reusable libraries and tooling that enable engineering teams to self service testing at scale • Build automated tests for AI and ML driven systems, including recommendation outputs, decision logic, and optimization flows • Ensure correctness and stability of guest data pipelines, identity resolution, and activation outputs • Implement automated checks for schema changes, data anomalies, latency, and failure scenarios • Partner with engineering teams to improve testability, observability, and resilience of services • Leverage AWS native tooling and logs to support test diagnostics, debugging, and root cause analysis • Participate in incident reviews and contribute to prevention through automated quality controls and tooling • Promote a culture of quality engineering, automation, and shared ownership across the MarTech organization • Coordinate larger testing efforts and sharing of best practices across teams and organizations
• Focus on group lead response for a portfolio of Full-Service hotels • Receive leads from many different sources, interact with clients, create proposals, and respond in a way that is beneficial for each hotel and their individual goals • Manage a sales funnel and contracting business • Utilize Envision and other sales tools to promptly respond to leads to increase conversion and revenue • Demonstrate thorough understanding and competence in Group Sales
• Responsible for driving incremental revenue across Hyatt Studios and Hyatt Select hotels by strategically managing Group and Transient sales opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle • Serving as an extension of each hotel's sales team • Requires a strong understanding of the mid-scale segment, including its customer base, market trends, and revenue opportunities • Manages a dynamic pipeline of opportunities by qualifying leads, building client relationships, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating and contracting business, and guiding opportunities from inquiry through conversion • Ensures timely, strategic follow-up that maximizes conversion, supports hotel-specific sales goals, and delivers measurable revenue results • Demonstrates expertise in Group and Transient sales funnel management • Excels in managing a high-volume pipeline and consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts while developing new business opportunities within the vertical. • Build and maintain deep account intelligence, including key buyers, influencers, distribution model, source markets, customer mix, seasonality, contracting needs, production history, competitive set, and next steps. • Develop and execute account plans that support revenue growth across leisure, transient, group, package, extended stay, and project-based business. • Prospect and qualify new wholesale, tour operator, receptive operator, travel distributor, bed bank, consortia, and related accounts with potential for Hyatt hotels. • Educate wholesale buyers on Hyatt brands, hotel capabilities, destination fit, rate structures, service standards, and solutions relevant to their business needs. • Partner with hotel sales teams, operators, revenue management, distribution, and commercial stakeholders to align customer opportunities with hotel priorities and profitability goals. • Support customer negotiations, contracting conversations, hotel communication, and opportunity follow-up with urgency and strong attention to detail. • Stay current on wholesale travel trends, source market dynamics, booking windows, demand patterns, market conditions, forecasts, and competitive intelligence. • Use CRM, sourcing platforms, analytics, and industry tools to document activity, prioritize opportunities, and measure account performance. • Champion Hyatt initiatives and priorities with wholesale customers as appropriate, including new hotel openings, focus hotels, Essentials brands, and special initiatives. • Elevate the voice of the wholesale customer within Hyatt and participate in cross-functional projects that support National Sales priorities. • Coordinate account transitions, hotel referrals, and opportunity handoffs to support strong execution across Hyatt teams.
• Identify, qualify, and develop high-potential B2B accounts across assigned markets, industries, segments, and hotel priorities. • Build account intelligence, including key contacts, buyer needs, travel patterns, sourcing behavior, competitive set, business potential, and next steps. • Execute proactive prospecting plans using internal and external tools, market data, customer insights, and hotel priorities. • Create new demand and secure Hyatt's inclusion in relevant group, transient, extended stay, project, and other sourcing opportunities. • Support revenue generation for new-opening hotels, conversions, focus hotels, emerging markets, and the Essentials/select-service portfolio, as assigned. • Engage customers through direct outreach, introductory presentations, market visits, networking events, sales blitzes, trade shows, and industry functions. • Use analytics and market intelligence to prioritize activity, evaluate account potential, and identify higher-value opportunities. • Partner with hotel sales teams, owners, operators, and internal stakeholders to align business development activity with hotel needs and commercial priorities. • Document activity, account intelligence, referrals, and next steps in Hyatt systems with strong CRM discipline and follow-through. • Manage qualified opportunities or newly developed accounts through appropriate transition to Hyatt Sales Force, National Account Team, Core Account Team, or hotel owner, as applicable. • Participate in special initiatives and cross-functional projects that enhance business development focus areas and support broader National Sales priorities.
