Role Description We are looking for an experienced Jira Administrator for a 2 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 8 years of hands-on Jira experience, has a track record of untangling over-customized Jira environments, and can operate independently from assessment through implementation. In this role, you will audit an existing Jira configuration, design a simplified and standards-aligned architecture, and implement it. You will deliver a blueprint document the internal team can own long-term, and validate that reporting and project status tracking are fully functional before the engagement closes. Your Responsibilities - Audit the current Jira instance to identify over-customizations, structural problems, and reporting gaps - Redesign and reconfigure workflows, issue types, custom fields, and project schemes to restore simplicity and maintainability - Implement the agreed configuration directly in the Jira instance - Install, configure, and validate add-ons required for reporting, portfolio planning, and test management - Produce a clear configuration document covering workflows, issue hierarchy, field usage, and add-on setup - Validate that reporting and project status tracking are fully functional before the engagement closes Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of hands-on Jira administration experience and familiarity with the Jira Cloud version - Demonstrated experience inheriting and restructuring over-customized or poorly planned Jira environments - Ability to quickly diagnose root causes of structural and reporting problems in an existing Jira setup - Ability to map business processes to Jira workflows - Hands-on experience reconfiguring workflows, custom fields, screens, and project schemes - Proficiency with Jira add-ons for reporting, portfolio planning, and test management including BigPicture, Xray, and EasyBI - Ability to hit the ground running with no ramp-up time required - Ability to produce clear, client-ready documentation - Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders and technical teams - Proven ability to align stakeholders on design decisions before implementation begins - Proven ability to deliver within a tight timeline without sacrificing quality Nice to Have - Experience in consulting or professional services environments - Familiarity with software development team structures and SDLC workflows - Prior work with engineering organizations in the 30 to 100 developer range Benefits - We’re a technical consulting firm that values clarity, ownership, and outcomes - Remote-first culture, flexible work schedule, and autonomy to do your best work - Responsibility and autonomy at a growing company - The opportunity to build something big and exciting Visa Sponsorship At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or take over sponsorship for existing visas. What you’ll be doing The Systems Administrator, Unified Communications and Call Center is responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Office365 Teams communications and telephony, as well as our Amazon Connect call center systems. You will ensure the smooth operation of our telecommunications infrastructure, including phone systems, voicemail, call routing, and related technologies. Additionally, you will oversee our call center telephony workflows and support the needs of our customers primarily in our Patient Admissions department. The role demonstrates knowledge in infrastructure systems (both on-premises and cloud-based), operational support, and supporting Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight data centers, corporate offices, remote workers, and nationwide patient treatment locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Call Center Systems Administration: Oversees the administration and maintenance of the call center systems, such as automatic call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), and workforce management (WFM) systems. Configures and optimizes call routing strategies, ensuring efficient distribution of calls among agents. Collaborates with call center managers to implement system enhancements and workflows that enhance customer experience and agent efficiency. - Telecommunications Systems Administration: Maintains the organization's telecommunications infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based phone systems, voicemail systems, and related equipment. Monitors system performance and capacity, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a System IT Pharmacy Specialist to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. The IT Pharmacy Specialist will assist the Director- Pharmacy Applications and Manager- Pharmacy Applications in day-to-day operations of the application team, as well as serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external regulatory mandates. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. Duties include instructing, directing and checking the work of other Application Analysts, personnel, and project team members. Acts as project leader for projects with moderate to large budgets or system-wide implications, multiple projects of a short to long-term duration, and medium to large projects.
