• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Dropbox’s global cloud and corporate network environments across AWS, GCP, OCI, and Azure. • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure health using Datadog, and synthetic testing frameworks. • Contribute to Cloud migrations and optimization of enterprise wireless performance. • Develop, test, and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Python to streamline provisioning, configuration, and change management. • Build and maintain observability dashboards and alerts for network and cloud performance, availability, and cost optimization. • Author and maintain detailed runbooks, operational documentation, and training guides to promote shared understanding and reliability practices. • Partner with Security to improve Dropbox’s network segmentation, traffic inspection, and zero-trust posture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Job Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding
- 9+ years of experience as a Cloud, Cloud Network, or Infrastructure Engineer in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC/VNet/VCN, routing, IP addressing, Transit Gateway / Virtual WAN / DRG, and IPsec VPNs.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
- Experience with hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Interconnect, FastConnect).
- Solid background in network security, including firewalls, WAF, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code and automation.
