• Oversee all government contract billing activities across the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely cash flow. • Review executed contracts, task orders, and modifications to ensure accurate and compliant setup in the ERP system, including: Contract type (CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ) • Partner with Contracts and Program Management to define, validate and enforce billing instructions, invoice formats and submission timelines. • Prepare, review and submit timely, accurate invoices in accordance with contract terms, FAR Part 32, and agency-specific billing requirements; ensure all billings are recorded in the general ledger and that costs are allowable, allocable and reasonable. • Manage account receivables for government and commercial customers.
