Role Description Delivery & Assembly Contractor for Fitness and Furniture - Job Type: Contract - Settlements: potential to earn 40K-100K+ dependent upon volume, location, and contract work accepted. Settlements process weekly. - AIT Home Delivery offers the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods. - Our dedicated teams of contractors offer fast and reliable home services for many high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers. We are looking for the following: - Contractors to build indoor products - Involves delivery and assembly of indoor products such as: - treadmills - ellipticals - furniture - and similar products Qualifications - Contractors must have an adequately insured vehicle capable of transporting large items such as fitness equipment. - Must have a reliable helper. Two-man teams required. - Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications. - Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) - This can be obtained (free) at irs.gov. - Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations. - DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs. - Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work. - Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers. - MVR are performed for all driving contractors. - You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service. - Be tech savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills. • Take ownership of troubleshootings and has eagerness to work with different stakeholders, including Customers • Is willing to learn new technical stack • Is committed to meeting and exceeding SLAs, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through • Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and internally, turning complex technical situations into transparent, reassuring updates • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to leads or engineering teams when necessary • Keep customers informed on the status of their issues and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs • Track open cases and follow up to ensure timely closure • Follow and contribute to existing SOPs and knowledge base articles, suggesting updates where gaps are identified • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation in the ticketing system • Highlight SLA risks on individual cases and communicate them to the lead promptly • Work with internal teams such as engineering and product to investigate and resolve customer issues • Serve as a reliable technical point of contact for customers during issue resolution • Share customer feedback and observations with the lead to support ongoing improvements

• Providing support to our customers in the northeastern region of Spain • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization and repair of sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases • Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support • Optimizing of the sorting systems / process by sampling and testing • Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services • Acting as a link between our customers and Head Quarters – collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers

• Install and maintain nVent High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) products at customer data center sites globally • Travel to client's global locations to provide installation, maintenance, and warranty support • Share technical information effectively during updates, reviews, and troubleshooting discussions • Contribute to project planning by helping define tasks, timelines, and budgets • Work closely with Engineers and CAD Designers on prototype and pilot design projects • Take on additional responsibilities as needed • Represent nVent professionally as a trusted point of contact for clients
