• Help drive the quality, completeness, and evolution of market data products • Define and own the standards for data quality and completeness • Develop and publish external quality metrics and industry benchmarks • Monitor daily quality metrics across all covered exchanges, asset classes, and data types • Identify anomalies, gaps, and quality failures as they emerge • Partner with the Data Operations team to diagnose root causes and drive timely resolution of data issues • Gather requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and market feedback • Write clear product specifications and work with Engineering to deliver features on time • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through release

• Consult with clients to understand surveillance needs and workflows • Analyze customer data schemas and identify enhancement opportunities • Design ETL workflows, create flow/UML diagrams, and analyze large datasets • Write clear and detailed functional/technical specifications (FRS) based on business requirements (BRDs) • Conduct walkthroughs of specifications with both internal teams and clients • Estimate implementation efforts in collaboration with project managers • Perform QA on implementations to ensure high alert quality and low false positives • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the product lifecycle

• Client Engagement & Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, diving deep into their trading data, and addressing technical questions and implementation challenges. • Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial and trading data sets to identify issues, patterns, and optimization opportunities, ensuring accurate and reliable implementation outcomes. • Custom ETL Development: Design and build client-specific ETL processes, particularly for applications like Trade Surveillance and Transaction Cost Analysis. • Customization of Standard Products: Write tailored code to adapt our core products to meet individual client requirements, ensuring smooth integration with their systems. • Maintain and Troubleshoot Pipelines: Ensure the ongoing functionality of data pipelines, actively troubleshooting and collaborating with the product development team to resolve issues. • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the improvement of processes, tools, and solutions while learning proprietary technologies such as OneTick.

• Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple product implementation projects for enterprise clients. • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and satisfaction. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to deliver on time and within scope. • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. • Work closely with product, engineering, service, and sales teams to align deliverables and remove roadblocks. • Define and refine implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices for consistent, high-quality delivery. • Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders. • Guide and mentor junior implementation managers or coordinators to ensure high standards of execution.
