Role Description L’EPT Grand Orly Seine Bièvre recrute le/la directeur·rice du conservatoire de l'Hay-les-Roses. Rattaché·e à la directrice du pôle des équipements culturels, notre futur·e directeur·rice a en charge la responsabilité du fonctionnement du conservatoire de l'Hay-les-Roses (CRD). - Élaborer, piloter et mettre en œuvre le projet de l’établissement dans le cadre des schémas pédagogiques nationaux et du projet du réseau des conservatoires. - Tenir compte des orientations de développement culturel de la collectivité. - Encadrer une équipe composée de 4 agents administratifs et 45 enseignants artistiques. - Impulser la réflexion et l’innovation pédagogiques. - Animer les instances pédagogiques des établissements. - Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un programme d'éducation artistique et d'action culturelle. - Développer les liens et partenariats avec l’Education Nationale et les autres acteurs locaux. - Élaborer un programme de diffusion. - Mettre en place des actions pour sensibiliser de nouveaux publics. - Organiser la communication générale de l’établissement en lien avec la direction de la communication de l’EPT. - Participer activement aux réflexions et échanges dans le cadre du réseau des conservatoires de l’EPT. - Opérer une veille professionnelle sur les évolutions du secteur. - CADRE D’EMPLOI DES DEEA OU PEA OUVERT AUX CONTRACTUELS (CDD PUIS CDI) - CYCLE DE TRAVAIL DE 37H30 (AVEC RTT) - ADHÉSION AU CNAS ET COMITÉ D’ŒUVRES SOCIALES - CONTRATS SANTE ET EN PRÉVOYANCE AVEC PARTICIPATIONS FINANCIERES EMPLOYEUR - PRÉVOIR DES DISPONIBILITÉS : SOIR ET WEEK-ENDS - PASS NAVIGO PRIS EN CHARGE A 75% - DATE LIMITE DE CANDIDATURE : 20/03/2026 - POSTE A POURVOIR AU : 01/09/2026 Qualifications - Expertise avérée de l'enseignement artistique. - Connaissance des politiques publiques culturelles et éducatives. - Expérience de direction d'équipement. - Capacités à fédérer une équipe et bon relationnel.

• The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a credentialed therapeutic and disease expert who engages in bidirectional exchange of scientific or medical information with Scientific Leaders (SLs). • This MSL-type role provides balanced, factual, scientific information about non-product areas of interest to the Company and replies to scientific questions from SLs. • Develops professional relationships and engages with national and regional SLs to ensure access to company-approved medical and scientific information on areas of therapeutic interest and Company products. • Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a reliable presence with those SLs. • Maintains current knowledge and comprehension of dynamic scientific and clinical environment in the Company's Areas of Interest (AOI) for the RMSD’s specific therapeutic area. • Upon request from Global Center for Scientific Affairs (GCSA), Initiates discussions with SLs and/or potential investigators that include scientific/data exchange within our AOI to determine the alignment with our research strategies, studies concepts, scientific merit, and qualifications for a specific compound or trial. • Enhances the comprehension of the scientific foundations and goals of investigator-sponsored research.
