Market Manager – Commercial Sales, Electrical Connections

• Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth • Lead product training programs for contractors and engineers • Manage quotes, pricing, and critical metrics for profitability • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations • Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities • Use CRM to manage opportunity pipelines

Job Requirements

  • Ideally, 5+ years of technical product sales experience in electrical or industrial markets
  • Electrical grounding and bonding knowledge
  • Experience working closely with product development and product management
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office and travel 60% of the time
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical sales
