• Solicit business requirements, recommend best-in-class solutions, and lead design, build, deployment, support, and test efforts for complex business processes delivered within SAP Controlling module. • Provide SAP CO expertise with a focus on Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Overhead Management (CO-OM), including integration with Finance, MM, PM, WM, and SD modules. • Design scalable product costing and profitability analysis frameworks to support variance analysis and reporting needs. • Functional Leadership and Coordination, system configuration, and cutover of new entities and or manufacturing locations based on Vistaprint’s growth and expansion strategy. • Own and maintain implementation, rollout, and support documentation in line with Vistaprint system integration playbook standards. • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure timely resolution while using appropriate escalation channels. • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, sustainability, and alignment with SAP best practices. • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business partners across remote teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and support solution design. • Partner with SAP development teams to deliver custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces for business needs. • Work closely with Finance, FP&A, and plant stakeholders across North America, Europe, and APAC regions.

• Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines within Snowflake • Develop sophisticated visualizations in Looker that translate trends and manufacturing efficiency into actionable insights • Align on KPI definitions and implement them across Fulfillment metrics • Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting • Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics • Act as a consultant to Product Management, Customer, and other Cimpress teams • Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior analysts

• Partner with the Vice President EU Category and regional category leadership team to lead financial analyses and modeling • Drive financial insights and accountability for the business • Support operational decision making • Proactively evaluate the results of operations and monitor trends • Review product profitability, risks, opportunities, and recommend actions • Perform financial modeling for key decisions such as price & discount changes, product profitability, and category investments • Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the EU category organization • Present and communicate to all levels of the organization

• Manage the Marketing Materials category portfolio, including products such as Flyers, Folded Leaflets, Postcards, Booklets, and Presentation Folders, balancing long-term strategy with customer needs and business performance. • Define and execute category roadmaps in partnership with Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional business teams across European markets. • Drive assortment evolution, product launches, pricing optimizations, and quality improvements to improve customer experience and category growth. • Partner closely with Digital Product Managers, UX, Tech, and Site Merchandising teams to continuously improve self-service product flows and commerce experiences. • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, analytics, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance. • Own category forecasting activities across P&L and S&OP processes while managing key profitability and cash flow drivers. • Lead experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion rates, Made-It-Rates, and customer acquisition through close collaboration with Pricing, Digital, and Marketing stakeholders. • Collaborate with Design, Copy, 3D, Photography, and other creative teams to support product development, launches, and ongoing portfolio enhancements.

• Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push notifications, and on-site channels • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design)
