• Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines, ensuring optimal query performance and scalability for Fulfillment Data Consumers. • Develop sophisticated, "at-a-glance" visualizations in Looker that translate trends and efficiencies into actionable insights. • Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting directly within our data platform. • Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics, propose changes to our planning strategies, or help our fulfillment centers run more optimally. • Provide leadership oversight to ensure that—across all the programs we're working on throughout VCS and with our cross-functional stakeholders—we prioritize our work and resources effectively, measure impact, and deliver results. • Act as a consultant to leaders across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Systems Integrations, and others, transforming vague business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and developing mutually beneficial working relationships.

• Support the Product Marketing strategy for PPAG Assortment by collaborating on NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality review • Build and maintain close relations with the small to medium tier fulfillers in the European market through active Account Management • Support the Sourcing Manager in developing the strategy to grow our network of fulfillers by active acquisition of new partners to support further growth of our PPAG Assortment as well as provide capacity back-up to fulfill our orders, ensuring the most competitive (COGS & services) supply chain set up • Analyze the performance of your 3PF assortment launched in the market at product batch/ product launch level, discuss findings and influences for next assortment launches with Product Sourcing Manager • Guide Potential Fulfillers through our Onboarding process and partner with our onboarding team in Barcelona and Mumbai to add new fulfillers to our platform. • Work closely with our Global NPI Product Data team, to ensure the products you select to support our strategies, are built in our Product Database correctly. • Partner with your teammates to create scale and drive efficiency. You’ll have a direct counterpart, with who you’ll improve the overall value of our products and create processes that simplify our operations. • Maintain structure and documentation of 3PF relationship management by driving the use of tools to easily document all ongoing discussions, meetings, notes with 3PFs

• Upload, format and prepare product photography for use on our proprietary scene rendering platform for Vistaprint.com • Retouch, color correct, crop, and upload product photography • Retouch digital images according to style guides • Mask parts of products • Strong color correction skills to ensure color consistency across all images per product • Strong attention to detail • Crop digital images and maintain file size specifications • Support and maintain digital asset organization within the company’s digital asset management (DAM) tool • Upload images to digital asset management (DAM) tool in accordance with established procedures • QA of images on scene rendering platform and take point to investigate/resolve any technical and creative issues • Perform quality assurance on all images • Receive creative direction from designers, photographers, and senior retouchers and make corrections when necessary • Suggest ways to constantly improve the workflow. • Take initiative and be proactive about helping the retouching team and other studio teams. • Complete any other ad hoc imaging duties when required • Some data entry required

• Switch between multiple toolsets on a daily basis to execute site changes • Build pages from scratch using various components to match layouts provided by MX Designers • Launch new products – building out full customer flows, including product set up through merchandising experience • Own setting up and running site experiments through Contentful to test customer flows • Know tool functionality and limitations inside and out and be able to communicate them to various stakeholders (internal and external) while also providing alternative solutions where possible • Know how to prioritize work based on effort vs. deadline • Manage workload to deliver projects on time • Understand and practice agile approaches and identify gaps in processes to streamline delivery of work • Escalate issues with appropriate contextual information and own bugs raised to the MX Global Operations team until solution is reached • Be an active and engaged team member • Stay up to date on trainings and documentations

• Act as the UX owner of the end-to-end AI LogoMaker experience, leveraging a continuous discovery process to identify user opportunities, validate solutions, and implement continuous learning loops. • Drive UX patterns and consistency of AI-supported digital experiences for our customers, ensuring they remain simple, accessible, and intuitive regardless of the technology being used. • Build and cultivate deep domain expertise around small business customers and their needs related to logo and brand creation, logo and brand refresh, and the consistent application of brand to printed marketing materials. • Collaborate strategically with product managers, engineering teams, content design, UX research, and data analysts to gather requirements, validate concepts, and co-create innovative technical solutions. • Navigate seamlessly between long-term conceptual visioning and near-term incremental delivery to maintain a high pace of product shipping and iteration. • Lead the adoption of user-centered design principles across the broader organization, acting as a visible advocate for qualitative and quantitative research-backed execution. • Leverage and scale Vista's central design system, pushing creative boundaries thoughtfully to ensure overall site consistency, scalability, and automation.
