CoachHub - The digital coaching platform
• Support Day-to-Day HR Operations: You'll be an important part of keeping our People processes running smoothly — from maintaining employee records and preparing documents to supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. • Own HR Administration Tasks: Draft employment documents, help manage personnel files, and ensure our data in Workday is always accurate and up to date. You'll learn what it means to run HR operations with precision and care. • Contribute to Process Improvements: We're always looking to do things better. You'll have the chance to flag what you notice and contribute ideas to make our processes more efficient — including exploring how tools like AI can support everyday tasks. • Support Compliance & Documentation: With your strong German skills, you'll help us prepare and review HR documents, ensuring they're aligned with local requirements under German labor law. • Work Across Teams & Tools: You'll collaborate with colleagues across the People team and get hands-on experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, and other tools — building a solid foundation for a career in People Operations. • Help with Reporting & Data: Support the team in maintaining people data and pulling together basic reports that help us track what's happening across the employee lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field — and able to work 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
- Fluent in both English and German: You're confident in reading and writing in both English and German, especially when it comes to formal documents and correspondence.
- Organised and reliable: You take ownership of your tasks, pay attention to detail, and follow through — even on the smaller things that matter in HR.
- Tech comfortable: You're at ease with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and open to picking up new systems like Workday. Bonus if you've already played around with AI tools to make your work more efficient.
- Good communicator: You can express yourself clearly and professionally in both German and English, whether that's written or in conversation.
- Curious and collaborative: You want to learn, ask questions, and be part of a team. You're comfortable working independently on tasks but also know when to ask for support.
Benefits
- Real experience, not busy work: You'll be contributing to genuine HR processes and getting exposure to what People Operations looks like in a global, scaling company.
- Growth & learning: We invest in our people — including our working students. You'll gain skills you can actually use, and you'll have access to coaching sessions to support your personal development.
- A great team: You'll be working alongside experienced HR professionals who are happy to share knowledge and support your development.
- Flexible setup: Hybrid from Berlin or remotely from Germany, with scheduling flexibility around your studies.
