People Services Consultant

• Act as a point of contact for customer concerns that cannot be resolved within the business unit • Handle sensitive employee concerns and investigations • Support ethics hotline investigations involving claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation • Offer advice and help to team members and all levels of management on employee relations issues • Maintain positive relationships to support employees and managers both in person and remotely • Provide professional and confidential HR advice to Business Partners • Collaborate with other centers of excellence within the People Services function • Actively engage in performance management and support team member growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in an HR Generalist or equivalent role
- Experience consulting on US employment laws
- Experience consulting on multiple employee relations issues that vary in scope and complexity
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bi-lingual preference (English + French and/or Spanish)
