• Design and develop network components, including planning and implementing new network features • Optimize existing components and ensure a stable and efficient network infrastructure • Troubleshoot network issues; analyze and resolve problems • Develop and implement automation solutions for network configurations and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, GitLab, and Terraform • Improve monitoring to ensure effective network observability • Collaborate with other teams and departments to optimize the network infrastructure

• Development and implementation of scalable, secure system architectures, as well as provisioning and maintenance of the physical infrastructure (underlay) for operating the OpenStack components • Design and implementation of automation frameworks for bare-metal operations, including release management and CI/CD pipelines • Operation, monitoring and continuous performance optimization of complex infrastructures using our observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus) • Independent incident management, including root-cause analysis, performance tuning and 3rd-level support for critical internal systems • Management of small projects and technical consulting of internal stakeholders in the implementation of specific architectural requirements • Ensuring system reliability through proactive lifecycle management and the integration of common IT security standards (hardening) in close coordination with the Security team

• Develop and operate robust, scalable, and secure network solutions • Responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of high-security network infrastructures • Plan customized network setups in close collaboration with customers • Configure and optimize complex routing scenarios using BGP, MPLS, and IPv6 • Develop and maintain automation for efficient updates • Perform fault analysis and continuously improve monitoring to ensure high availability

• Design and implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Loki and Mimir • Analyze, troubleshoot and further develop proprietary Kubernetes controllers • Develop and maintain production applications • Operate, automate and continuously evolve the MKA platform • Enhance internal tooling solutions

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our Database- and Observability-as-a-Service products • Manage container-based applications in Kubernetes with a strong focus on security and resilience • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and sustainable remediation efforts • Apply GitOps principles using Helm and Argo CD • Develop API services and tooling in Go to deliver stable SaaS products • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment safety and system stability • Design and manage scalable infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) in cloud environments

• Develop and maintain our Database and Observability as a Service products • Manage container-based applications within Kubernetes with a strong focus on security • Apply GitOps principles using Helm and Argo CD • Develop API services and tooling in Go to provide Software as a Service • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment workflows • Design and maintain scalable infrastructures using IaC tools (Terraform) in cloud environments

• Lead the team with a focus on people management and individual development • Strengthen collaboration and establish sustainable structures • Coach the team in agile methods and support their practical application • Guide change processes with a solution-oriented approach • Responsible for workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding of new team members • Initiate and manage projects to optimize workflows
