• Drive Tech & Product Delivery: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to track project deliverables, validate ETA feasibility, monitor testing phases, and facilitate formal Go/No-Go milestone reviews. • Orchestrate Business Synchronization: Act as the bridge between technical delivery and broader business readiness, ensuring Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal/InfoSec, and Coach Relations hit their dependent milestones. • Manage Governance & SteerCo: Organize and run Steering Committee meetings, lead internal project syncs, and confidently manage escalation paths and leadership communication channels. • Maintain the Single Source of Truth: Own the cross-functional project tracker and RACI matrices, providing timely, scannable, and accurate async updates to the broader business. • Proactive Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks early, raise risks to leadership, and design clear mitigation, contingency, and rollback plans for critical phases like client migrations. • Unblock Teams: Connect the dots between isolated workstreams (e.g., ensuring CSM client customization requests flow properly to Product, or aligning BI reporting with Finance requirements during dual-platform periods).

• We're looking for a Senior Behavioural Science Consultant to join our DACH team and help translate cutting-edge science into meaningful, lasting change for our enterprise clients. • Your primary goal is to empower CoachHub's top customers to drive meaningful change through digital coaching. • You will operate at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and commercial impact, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. • Lead strategic account consultations in pre- and post-sales contexts, partnering with the VP DACH Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. • Advise on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approaches, multi-stakeholder contracting, change management, and communication strategy for complex, globally scaled programs. • Design and conduct science-driven pre-, mid-, and post-program evaluations at both quantitative and qualitative levels to assess behavioral change and program impact - a core deliverable of this role. • Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives showcasing the value of behavioral change interventions.

• Support Day-to-Day HR Operations: You'll be an important part of keeping our People processes running smoothly — from maintaining employee records and preparing documents to supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. • Own HR Administration Tasks: Draft employment documents, help manage personnel files, and ensure our data in Workday is always accurate and up to date. You'll learn what it means to run HR operations with precision and care. • Contribute to Process Improvements: We're always looking to do things better.
