Job Description

Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant

ON Partners

• Serve as the primary client-facing consultant for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement projects. • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions to gather and define business and technical requirements. • Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud solutions. • Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud features. • Design and configure customer journeys, data extensions, automations, and triggered sends. • Create solution documentation, business requirements documents (BRDs), and technical specifications. • Work with engineers and technical consultants to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and delivered accurately. • Provide strategic guidance on data modeling, segmentation, and personalization tactics. • Train and support client stakeholders on Marketing Cloud functionality as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead client meetings and translate business goals into Marketing Cloud configurations.
  • Experience configuring:
  • Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio
  • Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM
  • Data Designer and Contact Builder
  • Data Cloud
  • Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to produce business requirements, configuration workbooks, and solution designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
