Job Description

Director, Product Marketing

eClinical Solutions

• Own and evolve product, platform, and Biometrics services positioning, value propositions, and messaging • Lead go-to-market and integrated marketing communications strategies for priority products, services, segments, and launches • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, fact sheets, case studies, demos support, and competitive battlecards • Establish and manage competitive intelligence across key competitors • Partner with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with market needs • Collaborate with Commercial leadership to ensure product marketing supports revenue goals • Support executive-level storytelling for boards, investors, and strategic customers • Contribute to industry events, customer forums, and flagship company initiatives • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS; experience in life sciences technology or complex enterprise solutions preferred
  • Proven experience building or scaling a product marketing function
  • Demonstrated impact on revenue growth, win rates, or market positioning
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product leadership
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and competitive selling
  • Strategic thinker who connects product, market, and revenue
  • Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable operating with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
  • Highly accountable, outcome-oriented, and able to operate with ambiguity
  • Strong people leader with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
