Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Gaming

Trustly

• Be the strategic lead for the Gaming vertical, working closely with Product Strategy, Sales, and Marketing to define our "right to win" in the iGaming and sports betting space. • Tailor the Product Marketing function to project needs: depending on the product team’s structure, you’ll decide when and how to get involved. • Conduct deep-dive research into the U.S. gaming ecosystem, tracking regulatory shifts, player payment preferences, and competitor moves to identify gaps and opportunities. • Translate gaming market insights into actionable feedback for Product Management to influence the roadmap for our gaming-specific APIs and checkout flows. • Create compelling, industry-specific value propositions that highlight Trustly’s advantages in areas like instant payouts, higher deposit limits, and seamless KYC integration. • Lead the end-to-end GTM planning for new gaming-centric features or regional expansions, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams. • Develop high-impact sales enablement tools—including gaming-specific pitch decks, operator battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators—to help our commercial teams win.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a proven track record in the Gaming, iGaming, payments or FinTech sectors.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • A deep understanding of the U.S. gaming landscape, including an awareness of the unique regulatory requirements and the critical importance of the "payout" experience.
  • Proven capability to design and execute GTM strategies, develop sales enablement materials, and contribute to launch, adoption, and acquisition plans.
  • Ability to evaluate player trends and operator pain points to inform product decisions, always through a Trustly-centric lens.
  • Comfortable navigating a cross-functional environment and training internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Support) on the nuances of the gaming product suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for turning complex payment technology into a "player-first" story.

Benefits

  • Flexible paid time off & generous PTO accrual plans
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other insurances
  • FSA & HSA plans for medical and dependent care
  • Home office set-up allowance
  • Internet stipend
  • Retirement plan match for 401k and RRSP
  • Gender-neutral paid parental leave, and more!
