• Own and Drive Sales Enablement: Act as the primary marketing partner for our global sales organization. Your core responsibility is to equip them with the strategy, knowledge, and tools they need to win. This includes creating competitive battle cards and compelling presentations, and personally hosting engaging global enablement sessions to ensure they can articulate our value proposition with confidence. • Create High-Impact Content: Develop a rich portfolio of content—from technical whitepapers and webinars to sales decks, solution briefs, and customer success stories—that articulate the value of our products and fuels our demand generation engine. • Deliver Actionable Competitive Intelligence: Be an expert on the competitive landscape. You will produce and maintain potent competitive battle cards, objection handling guides, and positioning insights that give our sales team a decisive edge in the field. • Craft the Foundational Narrative: Develop the core product positioning and messaging that serves as the bedrock for all sales tools and marketing content. You'll become an expert on our buyers and translate that knowledge into powerful stories that resonate with the market. • Support Product Launches: Collaborate closely with marketing and product leadership on the go-to-market plan for new releases. You will own the creation of launch-related marketing assets and the critical task of ensuring the entire sales organization is trained, confident, and ready to sell from day one.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with databases, DBaaS, data infrastructure, or deeply technical SaaS products.
- Technical Acumen: You are comfortable engaging with engineers and product managers and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for different audiences.

Define and implement appropriate 'next' attempts, ensuring we continuously iterate and refine our approach to avoid repeating ineffective historical practices. • Program Tracking: Establish clear definitions of success, focusing on metrics such as content utility, program adoption, tool utilization, and direct impact on performance outcomes (e.g., pipeline generation, deal velocity, quota attainment, customer satisfaction).
