Product Marketing Manager
Knotch
• Own product positioning and messaging: articulate the unique value of Knotch’s platform to enterprise CMOs and their teams. • Lead go-to-market strategy for new features, releases, and partnerships, from planning through post-launch impact measurement. • Develop sales enablement materials - presentations, one-pagers, outbound POVs, and competitive intelligence. • Collaborate with Product and Sales to define target personas, market needs, and differentiated stories that win deals. • Build strong relationships with customers to properly understand the voice of the customer. • Partner with external agencies and contractors to develop content, creative, and campaign assets that amplify Knotch’s message. • Support event strategy by crafting narratives, materials, and follow-up content that turn in-person experiences into pipeline opportunities. • Gather and analyze customer and market insights to inform messaging, product strategy, and roadmap priorities. • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across all touchpoints — web, sales, events, and PR.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy
- Strong storytelling skills - you can translate technical capabilities into simple, compelling business outcomes
- Proven success supporting product launches and sales enablement in an enterprise environment
- Experience working with agencies or contractors to deliver creative, content, and campaigns
- Understanding of enterprise marketing buyers (especially CMOs, brand, and analytics leaders)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Comfort operating as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
