Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information systems or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in analytics and/or reporting
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership capacity
- Familiarity and experience with cross-functional business domains (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Extensive experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with strategic planning using quantitative techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques
- Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong leadership and management skills

Role Description The Regional Supervisory Principal is responsible for the oversight and supervision of registered representatives and investment adviser representatives to ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory requirements.
