• Responsible for the strategy, development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and integration of all human resource information systems within the corporate HR department • Serves as a senior-level HR business partner, analyst, and strategist in reviewing, analyzing, and reporting HR-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to business partners for effective people strategies • Responsible for guiding the Product Roadmap for Workday while supporting the business in achieving program goals • Manages delivery of the product, team growth, and implementation of new features to fuel Rackspace's growth • Manages full life cycle HRIS projects and the associated project planning • Recommends system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic HCM, Finance, and IT delivery • Researches costs and vendors, and manages contract renewal processes • Maintains systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software issues • Ensures data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes • Designs and generates queries, reports, and dashboards • Serves as liaison between users, the IT and Software Engineering departments, and third parties • Researches new technologies and system solutions and keeps management informed • Prioritizes and delivers inbound requests for Core HR, Time and Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Ticketing applications • Effectively utilizes data and metrics to develop technology roadmaps • Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and other partners (including vendor partners) to deliver innovative solutions • Leads day-to-day program activities and related meetings, including core team and external partners • Ensures project targets are met by actively running projects through appropriate resources, issues, and risk management • Identifies, assesses, and communicates key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and completes risk mitigation and remediation activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Masters' Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive functional and technical experience in Workday
  • Experience managing or supervising employees
  • Experience implementing and administering systems: specific experience with systems may include but not be limited to Workday HRM, Cloud HCM solutions
  • Experience in quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting

Business Unit: Company 3 Position: Human Resources Administration, Manager Location: US (Remote) *Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 USD annually POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, HR Administration is responsible for overseeing and managing all US HR administrative aspects of the Human Resources function. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations, immigration assistance, maintains accurate employee records, reporting and analysis, and supports HR operations to deliver seamless employee experience for our US Studios. This role will manage our HR Administration team to ensure successful execution of departmental responsibilities and needs. This position reports to the Sr. HR Director, US. This role is remote with occasional onsite responsibilities. MAIN DUTIES: The Manager, HR Administration will be responsible for US HR Administration function, including employee records, data integrity, HR administrative/operational compliance, HR transactions and HR help desk support in the US. They will be the main point of contact for HR Administration processes for the HR team. This includes but is not limited to requisition process, new hire onboarding, employee life-cycle changes, exiting processes. They will directly manage the HR Administration team, providing guidance on priorities, direction, correction, mentoring, and opportunities for career development. They will develop, manage and update employee life cycle documents and process mapping.
