The client is in the airline industry and seeking an experienced Epic Owner with deep expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Interviews will be panel style with 2-3 rounds. Some travel will be required for this job, specifically one week once a quarter travel to Dallas, TX for PI Planning sessions. Requirements - Experiência prática com ambientes corporativos, incluindo: - Active Directory - Redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Sistemas operacionais Windows Server e/ou Linux - Conhecimento em automação via scripts (PowerShell, Shell Script ou similares) - Vivência com integrações, troubleshooting e análise de ambientes de TI - Experiência com Soluções de Gestão de TI, incluindo ferramentas ou conceitos relacionados a: - ITSM (Service Desk, Incident, Request, Change, SLA) - ITOM, UEM, SIEM, IAM ou áreas correlatas - Experiência com soluções ManageEngine será considerada um diferencial relevante. - Experiência prévia em: - Pré-vendas técnicas - Consultoria de TI - Implementação de soluções corporativas - Capacidade de levantar requisitos, definir escopo e estimar esforço de projetos. - Habilidade para conduzir apresentações técnicas e demonstrações de soluções. - Capacidade de facilitar reuniões com diferentes níveis (técnico e executivo). - Postura consultiva, com foco em entendimento de problema e entrega de valor. - Comunicação clara, objetiva e estruturada (verbal e escrita). - Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente. - Organização para controle de atividades, prazos e entregas. - Disciplina na documentação e acompanhamento de status. - Certificações ManageEngine serão consideradas diferencial. - Interesse em desenvolvimento contínuo e obtenção de certificações.
