Role Description The Manager, Middleware Platforms, reporting into the Director, Technical Architecture, serves as the operational leader and technical owner of the enterprise integration and messaging platforms (e.g., Boomi, Solace). The role oversees a team of middleware specialists and is accountable for platform lifecycle management, roadmap execution, integration/API governance, and stewardship of the company’s API estate. Qualifications - University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years’ experience with integration technologies. - 3+ years of people management experience. - Experience with enterprise integration technologies and shared-service delivery. - 3+ years in an iPaaS, ETL, or ESB environment (e.g., Boomi, Solace). - Solid understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and event‑driven architecture. - Experience managing platform lifecycle activities and integration governance. - Experience working with multiple business units and managing vendor relationships. - Experience driving compliance with technical standards.
