Job Requirements
- 7 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud)
- Familiarity with data tools (Salesforce Data Cloud and Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
