Associate Commercial Marketing Manager, Low Temperature Sterilization
Fortive
• Support strategic marketing initiatives for Low Temperature Sterilization (LTS) capital in the US market • Drive commercial execution and foster cross-functional collaboration • Support the Senior Marketing Manager to achieve category’s overall targets • Assist in developing and implementing U.S. marketing plans for LTS capital • Support market research activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with Sales to create marketing tools, messaging, and training materials • Coordinate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams for product positioning • Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and customer engagement programs • Manage marketing timelines and vendor relationships • Prepare clear and concise marketing materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
- Experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, preferably in infection prevention or consumables
- Proven track record of successful product launches and commercial strategy execution
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and project management skills
- Knowledge to leverage MS suite of solutions (excel, powerpoint, etc)
- Preferred experience using showpad, salesforce, powerBI and other sales enablement and marketing tools
