What You´ll Do - Administration, monitoring and optimization of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra ID, Intune). - Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, including identity sources, networking, security controls, HPC, SAML, Route53. - Support and maintain Windows Server environments: Active Directory, file services, system patching, back-ups. - Administer and customize Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with team workflows and integrations. - Collaborate in network infrastructure operations with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, site connectivity, and basic SD-WAN operations. - Design of networks and subnet allocation for new facilities and maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution. - Apply security best practices across systems and networks, ensuring compliance, monitoring, and incident response readiness. - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across systems, networks, cloud platforms, and applications. - Consultations of IT support specialists regarding software and hardware settings, assistance in resolving complex incidents. - Contribute to IT strategy discussions and propose ways of implementation, improvements to enhance performance, security, and reliability of IT systems. - Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years in systems and network administration, with broad cross-platform exposure. - Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, AWS Associate/Professional, Network+, CCNA, or security-focused credentials (e.g., Security+) are advantageous. - Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, including identity, access control, automation, device management, monitoring, and incident resolution. - Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and modern cybersecurity frameworks. ISO27001, ABDO, NIS, etc. - Familiarity with monitoring platforms (PRTG, SolarWinds, CloudWatch, SIEM tools, SOC/NOC). - Linux administration (basic to intermediate). - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling. - Understanding virtualization solutions (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage technologies. - Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills. - Competent with AWS services, security groups, IAM, networking, and resource configuration. - Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and MFA flows. Experience integrating complex SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, HRIS tools) with Entra ID. - Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash). - Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs). - Ability to translate technical constraints into business solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
