• Act as the primary point of contact for members across all JumpstartMD clinics, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. • Provide support with billing issues, including payment processing, claims liaison, and troubleshooting insurance-related inquiries. • Gather and analyze feedback from members, address concerns or complaints, and develop solutions to reduce cancellations while improving retention. • Support clinics by managing the inventory and supply chain process. Role Description JumpstartMD is on a mission to leverage proven science to educate and inform women about their best options to manage their perimenopausal and menopausal transitions. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary physician leader to serve as our Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy. This role will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in our HRT program, focusing on empowering women through perimenopause and menopause with science-backed, compassionate care. Duties & Responsibilities - Clinical Leadership: Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols for perimenopause and menopause care and hormone therapy including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid. - Medical Oversight: Supervise and collaborate with clinicians delivering HRT services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety. Provide holistic and comprehensive integrative care by nurturing a deep understanding of other JumpstartMD service offerings including medical weight management, metabolic health and advanced lipid management, fitness, vitamin therapy, and longevity medicine. - Program Development: Innovate and evolve the HRT program in alignment with the latest medical guidelines and member needs. - Training & Education: Train providers on hormone management best practices and support ongoing education and development. - Spokesperson & Thought Leader: Serve as the public-facing medical expert for JumpstartMD's menopause care program, including media interviews, webinars, and social media engagement to educate and inspire the public. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to expand HRT services and drive patient engagement. - Patient Advocacy: Ensure care is personalized, holistic, and supportive of member wellbeing, quality of life, and longevity. Qualifications - MD or DO with board certification in OB/GYN or Endocrinology. - Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with hormone therapy and menopause care. - Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting. - Strong knowledge of evidence-based bioidentical hormone therapy, lifestyle medicine, and integrated care. - Passion for women's health, patient empowerment, and innovation in healthcare delivery. - Active California medical license. Bonus Points - Certification or fellowship training in HRT, integrative, or functional medicine. - Experience working with weight management or metabolic health programs. - Multi-state license is a plus. • Own setup, QA, and optimization of HubSpot campaigns: email, SMS, push, in-app, workflows, lead routing, and A/B tests. • Manage referral flows via BirdEye. • Maintain campaign documentation and funnel metrics in Trello. • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical leaders to align funnel definitions, SLAs, and lifecycle campaigns. • Integrate and manage marketing tech: Salesforce, HubSpot, CallRail, BirdEye, Twilio. • Plan and run A/B tests on Webflow and HubSpot pages to improve booking and conversion rates. • Own website content updates, including program launches and blog posts. • Work with design/dev to launch CRO experiments and signup flows. • Build dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, HubSpot. • Own channel attribution logic and reporting using Salesforce + CallRail. • Present actionable insights to leadership based on campaign and funnel data.
