Bay Area preferred Classification: Regular, Full Time, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours 🌟 Who You Are: We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager with Salesforce System Administration expertise to lead our technology operations and support our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee IT infrastructure, manage a small team, and partner with internal stakeholders to keep our systems running smoothly. You’ll also serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, supporting system optimization, integrations, and data integrity across the organization. ✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage IT operations including networks, servers, devices, and security. - Lead and support IT staff, including offshore/remote team members. - Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and software access. - Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator — manage user access, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports/dashboards. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce workflows and integrations with other business systems (e.g., HubSpot, Elation Health, Office 365). - Maintain data integrity and enforce governance across all platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees across the company. - Partner with DevOps to support container-based development environments. - Maintain IT and Salesforce policies, processes, and documentation. - Support company facilities, including office moves and closures. 🧠QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred). - Experience working in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics and technology enabled healthcare organizations highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac). - Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Office 365. - Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools. - Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 🚀 Why JumpstartMD? This program provides IT services focused on building, securing, and operating the Department of Veteran Affairs LGY’s home loan product-line technology. The contract’s purpose is to modernize and sustain critical home loan technology systems that support LGY’s delivery of mortgage-related services to program stakeholders, to provide continuous delivery and security integration. Position Description: We are seeking a System Architect to join an expanded analytics requirements, solutioning, and development team supporting VA. In this role, you will provide architecture leadership and hands-on guidance across AWS and VAEC for analytics platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned to mission needs. You will architect and design data pipelines and analytics workloads using EMR/Spark, AWS Glue, and Amazon Redshift, with a strong focus on data modeling, performance tuning, and operational excellence.  You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify gaps in client systems, translate strategy into technical requirements, evaluate solution options (including cost/benefit), and communicate implementation plans in a clear and accessible way.
