IT Systems Administrator I – Tier 2 Support

• Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and JumpCloud. • Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer. • Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications. • Support JAMF Pro workflows including device profiles and app deployment. • Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1. • Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II. • Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning. • Provide on‑site support 2–3 days per week within assigned region. • Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades. • Maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence. • Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years in IT support or SaaS/system administration
- Experience with Google Workspace and identity platforms
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML and provisioning workflows
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work on‑site and travel when required

• Direct involvement in the administration and maintenance of systems infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, security and operational efficiency in a distributed environment with international integration. • Administration of Windows and Linux environments, including maintenance routines, performance tuning and security tasks; • Identity, access and policy management (Active Directory); • Operation and support of AWS environments; • Network infrastructure management (firewalls, VPNs, switches, links and connectivity); • Administration of essential services such as DNS, DHCP, web servers and file servers; • Execution, validation and periodic testing of backups and recovery procedures; • Infrastructure monitoring, incident response and troubleshooting; • Root cause analysis and implementation of fixes and improvements; • Organization and maintenance of technical documentation and operational standards; • Participation in on-call shifts/standby duty, when required.
