Data Integration & Architecture Specialist

DSA

• Architect and document data integration approaches across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on ServiceNow. • Analyze and extract data from ServiceNow modules to support reporting, analytics, and downstream consumers. • Develop and maintain data maps, data dictionaries, and system-to-system mappings. • Create data flow diagrams and architecture visuals using tools such as Visio. • Support Army data environments including Vantage and Advana, ensuring alignment with Army data standards. • Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to define data structures, interfaces, and integration patterns. • Provide architectural guidance as ServiceNow capabilities expand over time. • Support governance, traceability, and documentation of enterprise data assets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with ServiceNow data, including:
  • Pulling and structuring data from ServiceNow platforms
  • Designing data architectures for integration and analytics
  • Experience with enterprise data sets and data dictionaries
  • Strong background in data mapping, data modeling, and architecture documentation
  • Proficiency creating technical diagrams and data flows (Visio or similar)
  • Experience supporting or integrating with Army data platforms such as Vantage and Advana
  • Ability to translate mission or business needs into clear technical data solutions.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
