What we're looking for - Seasoned QA leader with 10+ years in software testing (5+ in leadership) across large healthcare/government programs, including Medicaid DDI, modernization, and CMS‑compliant state implementations. - Deep expertise in healthcare data and transactions, including HIPAA X12 (270/271, 276/277, 834, 837, 999, 835) and NCPDP D.0 pharmacy claims. - Proven leadership across full testing lifecycle—SIT, E2E, Regression, Performance, parallel and UAT. - Strong tooling and technical capabilities, including ALM, Jira, Zephyr, qTest, and experience with AI‑driven testing and functional/regression automation. - Highly effective communicator and stakeholder manager, skilled in executive reporting, risk management, cross‑team alignment, and guiding distributed teams with a governance‑driven, resilient leadership style.
