• Develop queries of appropriate complexity, applying query optimizations and making modifications to database tables; • Develop features for frontend and backend applications; • Deliver clean, well-documented, and maintainable code; • Implement measures to ensure application security; • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of deliverables; • Use version control tools (Git), investigating change history when necessary; • Collaborate with other developers, sharing knowledge and following team-defined best practices.

• Plan, design and execute manual and automated tests for applications, REST/SOAP APIs and front-end components; • Validate integration contracts, payloads, authentication, status codes and error handling; • Test visual components and functionalities, ensuring behavioral consistency, usability, accessibility and adherence to defined specifications; • Build and maintain regression scenarios, automated test collections and evidence of quality; • Identify, document and track defects in partnership with development teams; • Validate end-to-end flows between different systems, integrations and platform components; • Support test execution in CI/CD pipelines, contributing to continuous delivery quality; • Perform critical analyses of features, proposing improvements and identifying risks before release to customers; • Contribute to spreading a quality culture within squads, supporting QA best practices and processes; • Actively participate in technical discussions, refinements and delivery validations.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions in Java • Define and review integration architectures (synchronous and asynchronous), communication patterns, and service contracts • Serve as the team's technical reference, guiding development best practices, code reviews, and design decisions • Lead technical refinement of requirements and break down complex solutions into viable deliverables • Support the team's technical development and growth through mentoring and pairing • Ensure delivery quality through automated testing, observability, and proper failure handling

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS architectures focused on availability, scalability, and security. • Administer and optimize services such as EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, EFS, Lambda, CloudFront, and other platform resources. • Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure changes with minimal operational impact. • Manage complex network environments using VPCs, Transit Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Peering, and routing. • Configure and maintain Security Groups, NACLs, and access policies following security best practices. • Investigate and resolve connectivity, performance, and routing issues. • Implement and manage security and protection solutions in cloud environments. • Analyze and respond to security alerts, vulnerabilities, and risks. • Ensure infrastructure compliance through hardening, access management, and periodic reviews. • Administer Linux servers in production environments. • Perform patching, hardening, and lifecycle management of instances. • Create and maintain custom images for different use cases. • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform. • Automate provisioning and configurations with Ansible. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications. • Develop scripts to automate operational tasks. • Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS), including upgrades, troubleshooting, security, and scalability. • Create and optimize Docker images. • Implement security policies and access control within clusters. • Monitor environments using observability tools. • Participate in incident management and production issue resolution. • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and implement preventive actions.

• Clarify questions regarding the operation and features of SoftExpert applications; • Reproduce scenarios reported by the client to identify the root cause of incidents; • Interact with Development and Technology teams to resolve incidents; • Log all incidents reported by clients; • Provide Development and Technology teams with information aimed at continuous improvement of SoftExpert applications; • Prepare follow-up reports for support tickets; • Seek support and involvement from other SoftExpert areas (Development, Technology) for incident resolution when necessary; • Apply patch packages to the client's environment, depending on the support contract type and complexity; • Meet response times and other clauses specified in support contracts; • Assist the support team with technical questions about computing environments; • Assist in mapping and validating preventive and corrective procedures for computing environments; • Apply investigative and problem-resolution techniques; • Interact with the client's IT team or their designated representative; • Identify and leverage opportunities to sell services not covered by the support contract.

• Atuar na implantação do SoftExpert Suite em clientes dos segmentos de Logística e Transporte; • Levantar, analisar e mapear processos operacionais, produtivos e logísticos; • Apoiar iniciativas de padronização, controle e melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais; • Traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções configuradas na plataforma; • Conduzir workshops, treinamentos e acompanhamento das implantações; • Apoiar a institucionalização e adoção da solução junto aos clientes.

• Atuar na implantação do SoftExpert Suite em clientes do segmento farmacêutico e indústrias reguladas; • Levantar, analisar e mapear processos regulados (Qualidade, Compliance, Validação, entre outros); • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções configuradas na plataforma; • Apoiar clientes na adoção de boas práticas regulatórias; • Conduzir workshops, treinamentos e acompanhamento das implantações; • Garantir aderência aos requisitos regulatórios e operacionais; • Apoiar a institucionalização e adoção da solução junto aos clientes.

• Work on the implementation of the SoftExpert Suite for clients across various industries; • Elicit, analyze, and map business and governance processes; • Support initiatives related to risk management, compliance, and internal controls; • Configure workflows, indicators (KPIs), and automations on the platform; • Facilitate workshops, deliver training, and provide implementation follow-up; • Support the institutionalization and adoption of the solution with clients.
