Role Description As a Dealer Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving marketing and sales initiatives within an assigned territory while developing, strengthening, and maintaining dealership relationships to achieve established volume objectives. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the business needs of both dealership partners and AmeriTrust Auto. Responsibilities include identifying new dealer opportunities, providing training and support for existing partners, and serving as a pivotal contact for all dealer needs. This is a full-time, Remote position based in Houston, TX. The DSM’s primary objective is to cultivate productive dealer relationships that consistently generate lease and retail contract volume. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned volume and profitability targets. - Prospect, onboard, and establish new dealership relationships within the assigned market. - Maintain regular in-person and virtual contact with dealer partners to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. - Promote finance and lease programs, incentives, and value-added products to drive contract production. - Train dealership personnel on program guidelines, structuring deals, and submission processes. - Analyze territory production reports and market trends to identify opportunities for increased penetration and performance improvement. - Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to ensure efficient deal flow and exceptional dealer support. - Resolve dealer issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions. - Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Represent AmeriTrust Finance at dealer meetings, industry events, and market activities as appropriate. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered. - 3+ years of experience in indirect auto finance, auto leasing, or related financial services. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and volume targets. - Strong knowledge of retail and lease contract structures, credit underwriting fundamentals, and dealership operations. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret production reports and financial data. - Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a territory independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
